CLSR is a performance tracking platform that helps users monitor fitness challenges, habits, reading, and personal metrics. The Service includes web-based tools for tracking the 75 Hard challenge, hydration, sleep, workouts, diet, and reading progress.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

6. Health Disclaimer

CLSR is a tracking tool and does not provide medical, fitness, or nutritional advice. The 75 Hard challenge and other tracked activities involve physical and dietary commitments. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness or dietary program. CLSR is not liable for any injury or health issues resulting from activities tracked on the platform.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party services such as WHOOP and Google. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and privacy policies. CLSR is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

8. Intellectual Property

The CLSR name, logo, and all related branding, design, and code are the property of CLSR. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLSR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms
