  • Health & fitness data: Data you voluntarily enter such as hydration, sleep, workout, diet, and reading logs. If you connect WHOOP, we receive sleep and workout data from their API.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers collected automatically.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the CLSR platform and its features.
  • To personalize your experience and display your progress and metrics.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests.
  • To generate aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve our services.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Supabase: Database and authentication provider.
  • Google: OAuth authentication provider.
  • WHOOP: Fitness data integration (only if you connect your account).

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law.
